FAQ'S

We are a boutique florist so our range is small & seasonal. We do not take request's but we do promise they will be fresh & beautiful. This also reduces wastage and enables us to keep our prices fair.

Pink Daisy deliver fresh flowers & Gift Boxes Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday each week. If you don't provide us with a delivery date it will be delivered same day if ordered before 11am or the following business day if ordered after 11am.

Bouvard, Dawesville, Wannanup, Falcon, Halls Head, Erskine, Osprey Waters, Mandurah Central, Coodanup, Dudley Park, Greenfields, Riverside, Silversands, Meadow Springs, Lakelands, Madora Bay, Barragup, Furnissdale, Parklands, South Yunderup, Ravenswood & North Yunderup. Please check these carefully before ordering as a $5 fee applies if orders need to be cancelled.

When you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order has been delivered you will then receive a second email confirming delivery. If you do not receive these emails please check your junk folder.

Most of our orders are delivered between 11am - 2pm but it is difficult to give a specific time frame as it depends on the amount of orders being delivered that day. Flowers are left in a shady safe place with a water source if the recipient is not home. If the recipient is not going to be home all day it is best to deliver to a work place so that flowers are not left in the elements all day. Pink Daisy is not responsible for any damages that occur to the flowers after they have been delivered including but not limited to being left in extreme heat for long periods of time. 

We require a contact phone number if the delivery address is gated. If we can not access the property the delivery will be left at the gate. If for any reason it can not be left the delivery will be returned to our studio and a re delivery fee of $10 will apply.  

Unfortunately, we can not take any timed deliveries. Each day is different & times will depend on how many deliveries are being made that day. Most of our deliveries are between 11am - 2pm. If your order is going to a school or business please advise in notes so we can deliver before closing time.

If you wish to collect your order from our studio please use the code PICKUP at checkout, this will remove shipping costs. Pick ups are only available Wednesday -Friday. We will be in contact to arrange a time. Please treat this time as an appointment and arrive at the arranged time. Please note pickup is a residential address. By collecting your order you acknowledge that any damages that occur to your flowers/items once they have left the Pink Daisy studio are not the responsibility of Pink Daisy .

1. Unwrap your flowers and cut about 2-3cm off the end on a sharp angle, be careful not to crush the stems (sharp clean scissors are best). Any leaves that will sit below the water line will also need to be removed, if you are buying them from a florist then this should have already been done.

2. Fill a clean vase with water and use flower food if it is provided. Fresh water is important, put fresh water into the vase every couple of days. 

3. Don't place flowers in direct sunlight or heat. 

4. Don't place flowers near ripening fruit or vegetables, such as bananas. The release of ethylene from the fruits/veggies can affect the flowers and cause them to wilt and wither away much faster.

5. If your flowers come arranged in a ceramic pot simply pour water into the pot every few days.

Following these simple steps ensures you can enjoy your flowers for as long as possible!
